We would genuinely love to hear from you. SumoMorph is shaped by the people who use it, and the quickest way to improve a tool or get a new one built is to say what you need. Email [email protected] any time and we will reply as soon as we can — usually within a couple of business days.

What to get in touch about

• Bug reports. Tell us which tool, what kind of file you were converting, and which browser and device you used. That detail is usually the difference between a fix today and a fix next month.
• New tool or format requests. Name the formats — "RTF to EPUB", say — and we will look at adding it.
• Feedback and ideas. Suggestions for making a tool clearer or faster are always welcome. A quick star-rating box also appears after you run a tool, if that is easier.
• Privacy questions. Anything about how your data is handled — though the short answer is that your files never leave your device. The Privacy Policy has the full detail.
• SumoMorph Desktop. Licence, invoice and volume questions for the paid desktop app go to the same address.

Before you write

Many common questions are already answered on each tool's page and in our guides. If a conversion failed, it is worth trying a different browser first — some formats rely on features that vary between them. If that does not help, send the details above and we will dig in.
